Position Summary: We are seeking an engineer that embraces creativity with an innovative mindset to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be working with the Liquid Cooling team transforming concepts into tangible prototypes and creating new products and opportunities. We seek breakthroughs that can lead to competitive advantages and market differentiation. The person in this role will tackle complex challenges related to product design, functionality, and feasibility. We are driven to find solutions to technical obstacles and optimize product performance. You will be working with Liquid Cooling systems, designing new components, improving energy efficiency, and enhancing overall system performance by conducting research on existing Liquid Cooling/HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and build prototypes Conduct tests, identifying defects, refining designs Efficiently lead projects from concept to completion Purchase components and new materials to use in existing applications Communicate with vendors to obtain materials and/or equipment needed Create manufacturing packages including shop drawings Write user manuals and assembly instructions Work hands-on, analyzing products in a manufacturing setting Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, manufacturing, and sales Work with listing agencies to ensure products comply to recognized standards Qualifications & Requirements: Required: Engineering Degree (BSME or similar) SolidWorks experience 2D CAD experience 3+ years of professional mechanical engineering experience Preferred: Experience in the commercial HVAC industry  Key Competencies: Must work well in a team setting Great verbal and written communication skills Organizational skills Efficient with time management Critical thinker / Experimental / Entrepreneurial Benefits: Medical, vision, and dental plans Short-term and long-term disability insurance Group term life insurance coverage HSA, FSA, and Dependent Care plans available 8 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays, and generous PTO policy 401k matching Company paid events Annual safety shoe allowance Education assistance program EEO Statement: MAS HVAC is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
