Our New Artist Training Program is designed for stylists and color technicians who are ready to go beyond the basics and step into a high-end salon career with confidence, skill, and a truly creative voice. This program begins September 29, 2026.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ve completed your cosmetology training or are about to, and you’re hungry for more. You want mentorship from working artists, hands-on training in advanced cut and color techniques, and a place where craft is taken seriously. You’re passionate about hair, eager to learn, and ready to put in the work to become exceptional. No Aveda training? No problem. Our program is comprehensive and gives you the tools for success.

JUUT’s New Artist Training Program allows you to choose the path that matches your passion: 1) Color Specialist, 2) Stylist/Cutting, or 3) you can opt to do both Cut and Color. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to launch your career at a Twin Cities JUUT salon in Edina, Roseville, Saint Paul, Wayzata, Woodbury, or even Palo Alto, CA!

Graduates of JUUT’s New Artist Training Program earn 25% more than the industry average.
