This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in customer service, and possesses a keen interest in continuously learning and growing within the company. Key Responsibilities: Engage with guests both in-person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner. Guide guests on the showroom floor and answer queries effectively. Handle incoming customer inquiries and process orders as needed. Balance previous day's sales and manage basic bookkeeping tasks. Answer and manage phone calls, ensuring a high level of customer service. Assist with additional projects and tasks to maintain productivity. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal, telephone, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Windows programs. Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tasks and systems. Positive attitude and a strong team player. Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail. Basic bookkeeping and analytical skills.
