What You’ll Do

  • Lead restaurant operations and guest experience as Manager on Duty (MOD)
  • Hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a fun, inclusive culture
  • Oversee a key department (Front of House, Bar, or Delivery)
  • Ensure great food, smooth service, and a safe, welcoming environment
  • Partner with the GM on scheduling, quality, and performance feedback
