RESTAURANT MANAGER: My Burger Minneapolis Skyway location

My Burger is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our Skyway location and jump on board a growing concept! This is a unique opportunity for a full-time leadership role with weekday, daytime hours and the support you need to grow your career with a locally owned brand.

Schedule

· Monday through Friday

· Daytime only: approximately 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

· No nights. No weekends.

Objective

To lead daily operations at our Skyway location through strong execution of systems, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership. This role is responsible for guiding the team, maintaining high standards, and driving sales through consistency and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Leading the team during daily service, both front of house and in the kitchen

· Ensuring smooth execution of operational systems, food quality, and service standards

· Coaching, developing, and motivating team members

· Driving sales growth through operational excellence and disciplined execution

· Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-run restaurant environment

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role

· Ability to confidently work both kitchen and front-of-house positions

· Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset

· Proven ability to grow sales through systems, execution, and attention to detail

· A team-first attitude and pride in running a great restaurant
