Position Summary:

Trillium Woods is recruiting for a hospitality focused Re Full - Time Registered Nurse to join our team in the Birches Care center. 

2 Week Rotation Schedule

Week 1:  Tuesday Wednesday, Friday,  & Saturday 3:30pm-11:30pm

Week 2:  Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday 3:30pm-11:30pm

Rate of Pay: Starting at $40/hour, DOQ

Primary Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the overall nursing care/service on his/her shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls, as indicated. Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing and health services for residents in accordance with established policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice. Accountable for the quality of health services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Registered Nurse with a current license in Minnesota.
•  Participation in professional organizations, dealing primarily in geriatrics preferred.
• Preferably 1 year of experience working in a long-term care, transitional care, memory care setting and Charge Nurse experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
