Who We're Looking For
You are the right person if you can say yes to all of this:

- You have 3+ years in senior care sales, healthcare liaison, or business development and you have the referral relationships and a track record to back it up.
- You are a natural connector. You build trust fast, follow through consistently, and understand that in this industry, your reputation is everything.
- You can manage a pipeline. You track your activity, own your outcomes, and do not need a manager telling you where to be.
- You genuinely care about families in crisis. Not as a sales tactic. You understand what is at stake and you show up accordingly.
What You Will Do
 - Own and grow a referral network across hospitals, TCUs, home health agencies, hospice organizations, elder law attorneys, and physician practices in the Twin Cities metro.
- Be the primary contact for discharge planners, social workers, and case managers navigating senior care transitions.
- Guide families through the senior care decision process with honesty, expertise, and genuine support. Oasis is a no-cost service. Your job is to match, not sell.
- Meet families where they are, in hospitals, facilities, or their homes, and conduct thorough needs assessments.
- Represent Oasis at community events, senior fairs, and healthcare networking opportunities to build long-term visibility.
- Log activity in our CRM and contribute to the team's overall referral goals.

- Competitive base salary plus performance-based compensation which could reach between $70,000 - $150,000 in your first year

 - Located in the greater Twin Cities metro area
- Existing relationships with discharge planners, social workers, or TCU/SNF staff
- Track record of hitting referral or sales goals in a senior care or healthcare setting
- Reliable transportation and comfort working in a field-based role
