Description:

We are seeking 1 full-time overnight Shift Coordinator and 2 part-time Shift Coordinator with rotating weekends. Many residents have experienced long-term system involvement, trauma, substance use, housing instability, and disrupted access to healthcare and employment. The Clifton Place Shift Coordinator is actively engaged in the facility and building relationships with the residents who are stabilizing their lives, meeting court-ordered conditions, and building the skills, connections, and confidence needed to live safely and independently in the community. Shift Coordinators create safety, stability, and connection through consistent presence, relationship-building, supervision, and skill modeling. This role involves high levels of resident interaction, relationship building, milieu management, de-escalation, and daily living assistance, while supporting case management goals and maintaining accurate documentation.
