Unit Description
Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and retail services at Target Field dating back to 2010. The 39,504-seat venue is home to the Minnesota Twins. We provide a full complement of food and beverage offerings that include chef-attended action stations, a carving station, and Taste of the Ballpark fan favorites.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed
- Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up
- Support the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, and interviewing candidates
- Assist team members with their onboarding, new hire paperwork, and badging
- Escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team
- Provide game-day administrative support to management and leadership team
- Complete general office tasks including answering phones, filing and copyingÂ
- Answer team member questions and provide direction to resources as requested
- Provide game-day administrative support to management and leadership team
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a training administrator or similar role
- Ability to prioritize workstreams and remain flexible in a changing work environment
- Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and powerpoint programs
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Comfortable sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
