Pay Rate: $45.00/hr

Description:

Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a middle school team in Minneapolis, Minnesota for the 20262027 school year.

Position Details:

• Full-time, school-based position

• Middle school caseload of approximately 8 students

• Provide pull-out instruction in:

  • Reading/Writing

  • Math

  • Social Skills

• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success

• Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)

Compensation:

• Starting at $45/hour, based on experience

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota Special Education teaching license

• Experience working with middle school students is preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
