The pay range is $115,000.00 - $206,000.00

As the RiskĀ GovernanceĀ & Activation Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of products that help TargetĀ identify, prioritize, and respond to its most significant strategic, financial, operational, and compliance risks. You will create intelligent, data-driven experiences that enable leaders across the enterprise to understand emerging risks, make informed decisions, and drive coordinated action.Ā

Partnering closely with Enterprise Risk Management, technology, analytics, and business leaders, you will define and deliver capabilities that strengthen Target's enterprise risk framework and decision-making processes. Your work willĀ leverageĀ internal and external intelligence sources, advanced analytics, and AI-powered solutions to transform complex risk signals into actionable insights. Through your leadership, you will help build the next generation of risk intelligence products that enhance organizational resilience, improve risk visibility, and enable proactive management of the issues that matter most to Target's business and stakeholders.Ā

As aĀ Senior Product Manager,Ā you will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key businessĀ objectivesĀ (OKRs) for your respective product.Ā Ā You will need toĀ leverageĀ the knowledge of your product, as well as customerĀ feedbackĀ andĀ establishĀ other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product.Ā You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers, UX designers, dataĀ scientistsĀ and business partners to deliver a product.Ā

You will be the ā€œvoice of the productā€ to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met, and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the market,Ā maintainĀ a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.Ā Ā

You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals andĀ high standardsĀ of performance while committing to the organization's direction. About you:Ā Ā 

  • Four-year degreeĀ or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of product management experienceĀ 

  • ProductĀ domain experienceĀ inĀ risk managementĀ 

  • Experience withĀ risk governance, intelligence, or reputation managementĀ 

  • Experience with technology and ability toĀ facilitateĀ communication between business and technology teamsĀ Ā 

  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g.,Ā user stories, iterative development,Ā scrum teams, sprints, personas)

  • Ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners

  • Strong communicationĀ skillsĀ Ā 

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
