Four-year degreeĀ or equivalent experience
6+ years of product management experienceĀ Ā
Domain experience, preferably inĀ ad tech, marketingĀ and buildingĀ self-serviceĀ UXĀ tools
Ability to design scalable, self-service systems (campaign setup, targeting, optimization, reporting) with strong API and data architecture awarenessĀ
UX & self-service design judgement
Revenue & monetization acumen
Experience with technology and ability toĀ facilitateĀ communication between business and technology teamsĀ
Experience working in an agile environment (e.g.,Ā user stories, iterative development,Ā scrum teams, sprints, personas)
Ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners and strong communication skills
Strategic thinking & competitive awareness
Strong roadmap prioritization, launch planning, adoption tracking, and post-launch performance analysisĀ
Strong voice-of-customer skills; able to translate brand and agency pain points into intuitive workflows and impactful featuresĀ
Data fluency & experimentation mindset
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targetās needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team memberās core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
