Salary Range Note: This is a good faith estimate based on current benchmarks. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.

In this role, you’ll tackle a variety of administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re detail-oriented, love helping people, and can juggle priorities with ease, you’ll fit right in.

The ideal candidate is equal parts organized and adaptable — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently but also shines in a team setting, and communicates with clarity and confidence. You should be comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and eager to pick up new tools quickly. Most importantly, you’re resourceful, proactive, and ready to take on challenges with a “let’s make it happen” attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll be the go-to support for our Client Services team, making sure every detail is handled with care and accuracy. Your day-to-day might include:
  • Setting up new client initiations quickly and correctly (first impressions matter!).
  • Tackling administrative tasks like data entry and document uploads that keep things moving.
  • Preparing and double-checking relocation and assignment cost projections.
  • Creating, reviewing, and updating reports for both clients and vendors.
  • Performing quality assurance audits to keep relocating employee files in tip-top shape.
  • Managing the Elo inbox — answering routine questions and solving the trickier ones, too.
  • Spotting opportunities for process improvements and helping us enhance the customer experience.
  • Showing up consistently and reliably, because your presence makes a difference.

 Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits Summary

This role offers a salary range of $21 – $25 hourly, based on experience and qualifications.
