Bachman's is seeking a motivated Visual Merchandising Intern with a strong interest in retail merchandising and product presentation, particularly within garden center and gift categories. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creatively driven, and naturally curious, with a professional attitude and a collaborative mindset. This role requires someone who enjoys working with others, communicates effectively, and contributes positively to a team environment. Job Duties:
- Communicate with customers and employees
- Set new products, execute objectives on a timeline and meet deadlines
- Able to follow directions, ability to operate with ambiguity
- Other duties as assigned
- Currently enrolled in a marketing, business, communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to think creatively
- Organized, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to tasks and learning
- Passion for retail merchandising and presentation
- Ability to lift 25 lb
- Horticulture, garden center or gift product interest preferred
Schedule:
- M-F 8:30-430pm, May-August, on-siteÂ
