As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse in Brooklyn Park as well as select customer locations in the Twin Cities area. Your primary focus will be on receiving, storing, and distributing products accurately and in a timely manner to support our supply chain operations and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) efforts. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing stock, and preparing orders for shipment while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires collaboration with team members and other departments to optimize workflow and meet daily operational goals. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers by ensuring products are handled with care and reach their destinations without delay.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to read and write
- Basic math and computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driverās License as required by state regulations.
- Ability to practice good attendance

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery a PLUS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as both an individual contributor and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly

Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and inspecting for damage.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maximize space and maintain orderliness.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, annual inventory audits, and data entry into warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets, participate in open-ended special projects in the warehouse, and resolve operational issues.
- Operate company vehicles to deliver VMI products to client sites safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels at client locations by performing regular stock checks and replenishments.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local driving regulations and company safety policies.
