JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This role requires reliability, strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents against purchase orders.

Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.

Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.

Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory audits.

Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required

Forklift certification is a plus (optional)

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks

Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment

Basic math and computer skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Forklift certification (a plus)
