Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary

We are committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement across our supply chain and systems.We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to support and optimize our operational systems and processes. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, evaluate system performance, and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic decision-making across supply chain, inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment functions.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Generate and analyze key performance indicators to measure business performance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of reporting to measure procurement operational effectiveness and how it impacts the warehouse operations while considering vendor discounting and freight terms.
  • Provide meaningful insights: Collect and analyze data related to procurement and warehouse logistics, including inventory levels, order volumes, picking and packing efficiency and labor utilization.  Provide updates and insights to business stakeholders.
  • Data integrity maintenance:  Ensure accuracy and consistency of data as well as determine opportunities for operational improvements in purchasing, pricing and warehouse operations.
  • Cross functional collaboration:  Collaborate with various departments such as inventory control, purchasing, pricing and warehouse management to gather data, understand requirements and help aid in developing solutions for the operational challenges.
  • Profit-minded approach: Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, and cost reductions through data analysis and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to implement appropriate changes

Qualifications


 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management required, or significant industry experience in an operational position.
  • 3+ years of experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, or operations analyst, preferably in a wholesale, distribution, or supply chain environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Infor CloudSuite Distribution, Epicor Prophet21, Oracle NetSuite).
  • Experience with inventory, procurement, and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Warehouse Management/Logistics Software Experience preferred.
