What You'll Do:

Support warehouse and production operations by receiving materials, managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth material flow throughout the facility.

  • Receive incoming shipments and inspect packaging for damage or discrepancies.
  • Record inventory and shipment information using the Max Inventory Management System.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor inventory levels.
  • Prepare pallets and products for shipment while following established product handling procedures.
  • Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Deliver materials to production areas to support uninterrupted workflow.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas.
  • Report damaged or non-conforming materials to management.
  • Accurately complete quality and inventory documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain high quality standards.
  • Become cross-trained in warehouse and production-related processes as needed.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Shift: 7:30am - 2:30pm CST Monday - Friday 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
  • Experience operating stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks preferred.
  • Experience using SAP or other ERP/inventory management systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production support operations.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to support multiple operational areas as business needs change.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
