Job Title: Weekend Occupational Therapy Assistant – In-Home Care Model

Schedule: Weekend Visits (Flexible Every/Every Other Weekend)
Pay: $42 - $46 per visit.
Mileage reimbursement between clients!

Duties
- Facilitate daily living skills, mobility routines, and therapy-based activities under OT direction.
- Provide coaching and home exercise instruction to clients and caregivers.
- Record all visit data and patient insights to aid the clinical team’s planning.
- Collaborate with other disciplines for integrated care.
Skills
- Current Minnesota COTA license.
- Passion for home-based care.
- Excellent communication and adaptability.
- EMR experience preferred.
