No window cleaning experience? No problem. We provide paid training and are more interested in attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail than previous experience.
What You'll Do
- Clean residential and commercial windows to Sparkle Squad standards
- Perform gutter cleaning and house washing services
- Safely use ladders, equipment, and cleaning tools
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every job site
- Create memorable customer experiences through professionalism and attention to detail
- Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
What You'll Get
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Consistent daytime schedule (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Competitive pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour plus tips
