This individual will be working at the Taher Great Northern Baking Company location. They will report to the FSQA Manager and work closely with the Great Northern Baking Company leadership team.

Essential Functions:

* Helping FSQA Manager ensure that policies and procedures are followed at all times
* Performing quality checks on the floor throughout the shift
* Reviewing paperwork and following up on deficiencies
* Organization of paperwork
* Training current and new employees on food safety programs
* Maintaining the calibration program
* Participating in facility inspections
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience working in a food manufacturing environment
* Responsibilities related to food safety and quality preferred
* Self-directed
* Detail oriented
* Confident
* Strong Communicator
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Ability to work with cross functional teams
