Our Access and Recovery Center provides wraparound service integrating ARMHS, outreach, and care coordination services with clients.   Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, during center hours from 9:00am-3:00pm   Location(s):  1309 Girard Ave N, Minneapolis, 55411   Hiring Range: $20.00 per hour   People Incorporated Mental Health Services is the largest nonprofit mental health provider in Minnesota. For over 50 years, we have been a leading community partner, transforming the health of our communities through innovative solutions.   Learning Objectives:  Develop rapport-building skills through client engagement strategies Develop skills in navigating electronic health records and client charting Learn recovery-oriented practices   Main Job Duties:  Assist in completing client intake documentation and progress note documentatiion following client interactions and activities Complete program maintenance tasks such as donation management, resource organization, and activity material preparation Conduct client engagement activities, connect individuals to community resources, and assist clients with benefits-related needs and paperwork QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a bachelor’s program in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Public Health, or related program. Interest in community-based mental health services, recovery-oriented care, and serving diverse populations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish rapport with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and willingness to learn. Ability to receive feedback, utilize supervision, and work collaboratively within a team environment.   Preferred Qualifications: Previous volunteer work or practicum experience in human services or behavioral health is helpful but not required.   Benefits: Accrue up to 48 hours of Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) in accordance with state and local requirements   People Incorporated is committed to providing salary ranges for all open positions.
