Custodian

Ebenezer is looking for a Custodian, whom would be responsible for deep cleaning of carpeted surfaces, stripping, waxing and burnishing of hard floor surfaces.  This position may also perform general cleaning duties, all within our senior living and skilled nursing community in Minneapolis, MN.

This position includes;  

• 32 hours in 2 weeks, part-time schedule, 8 hour shift length 
• Day /evening shift 
• Weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Carpet sweeping, floor sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing
• Carpet extraction
• Stripping, waxing, and burnishing of hard floor surfaces
• Assists housekeeping and laundry staff as needed
• Assists with moving boxes, furniture, etc.
• Empties and removes trash and recycling
• Performs other duties assigned 

Required Qualifications

• less than 1 year None to 1 Year
• Experience with mechanical equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or
• GED
• 1 year One to Three Years
