Fine Dining Experienced Bartender:

801 Chophouse Minneapolis is hiring for an Experienced Bartender! This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) position working in a team-oriented, high-volume / fast-paced, guest-centric environment with the highest quality food & drink.

Requirements & Expectations:

Minimum of 4 years, but preferably at least 5 years of bartending experience in a high-end, fine dining establishment.
Advanced knowledge and terminology of beer, wine, and spirits is required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly motivated professional with a strong sense of hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a true passion for fine service, food and wine.
Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and be open to learning new things.
Ability to demonstrate hospitality, warmth, and expertise to guests and coworkers in a busy, sometimes fast-paced / high-stress environment.
Must be available to work any day of the week, including evenings and some holidays. Weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun) are required.
Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is required.

Physical requirements include, but are not limited to:

Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time
Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs
Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist

Compensation: $16.37 per hour, plus tips
