About the role

Be the friendly face that sets the tone! HealthFitness is looking for a welcoming and reliable Front Desk Attendant to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

In this role, you’ll create a positive first impression by greeting members, assisting with check-ins, answering questions, and keeping the front desk running smoothly.

This is an on‑call/substitute position, perfect for someone seeking flexible, as‑needed hours in a professional fitness environment.

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Previous customer service experience a plus.

  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.

Compensation: $14 - $17/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
