About the role

We are looking for a DSP professional who can support our growing needs. Specifically, this position would work out of one of our homes in South Minneapolis.

This is an AM shift, working 2:00pm - 10:00pm. Mon-Thur and EOW

Do you have experience caring for adults with disabilities, especially those who have sustained traumatic brain injury (TBI), and who are working to rebuild their lives? Our clients need you because you are a great communicator and possess a caring demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate caregiving and support to individuals with disabilities in various settings, including group homes and assisted living facilities.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Observe and document patient behavior and health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance the quality of care provided.
