Job DetailsJob Location: Whittier Customized Living Campus - Minneapolis, MN 55404Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 HourlyYOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU: Enjoy helping people Bring a calming force to escalated situations Are highly effective in prioritization and organization SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION: Park-Time or Full-Time (every other weekend availability strongly preferred) Shifts available: Overnights: 11:00pm - 7:30am Every Weekend or Every Other Weekend Starting at $18-$21 $18: At least 6 months of full-time OR 1 year of part-time work experience $19: At least 2 years of full-time work experience with at least 6 months of relevant work experience $20: At least 3 years of full-time work experience with at least 1 year of relevant work experience $21: At least 4 years of full-time work experience with at least 2 years of relevant work experience REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must pass a Department of Human Services background check High School Diploma/GED or equivalent Understanding of basic computer functionality MORE ON THE ROLE: You'll be working in one of our Customized Living Programs in Minneapolis supporting people living with a variety of mental health needs. You will oversee the safety and well-being of our clients, providing services such as: Medication administration Assistance with problem solving/additional support Documentation of happenings throughout your shift Completing light cleaning tasks within office area You will work as a team with other DSPs, Housekeepers/Home Health Aides, Program Leaders, and Nurses to provide a safe living environment for all clients.
