Job DetailsJob Location: Unity Customized Living Program - Minneapolis, MN 55418Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 HourlyYOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:  Enjoy helping people  Bring a calming force to escalated situations  Are highly effective in prioritization and organization  SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:  Part-Time or Full-Time (every other weekend availability strongly preferred)  Shifts available: Monday & Friday Day: 7:00AM - 3:30PM Saturday or Sunday Evenings: 3:30PM - 11:30PM Starting at $18-$21 $18: At least 6 months of full-time OR 1 year of part-time work experience  $19: At least 2 years of full-time work experience with at least 6 months of relevant work experience  $20: At least 3 years of full-time work experience with at least 1 year of relevant work experience  $21: At least 4 years of full-time work experience with at least 2 years of relevant work experience   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Must pass a Department of Human Services background check   High School Diploma/GED or equivalent  Understanding of basic computer functionality    MORE ON THE ROLE:  You'll be working in one of our Customized Living Programs in Minneapolis supporting people living with a variety of mental health needs. You will oversee the safety and well-being of our clients, providing services such as:  Medication administration  Assistance with problem solving/additional support  Documentation of happenings throughout your shift  Completing light cleaning tasks within office area  You will work as a team with other DSPs, Housekeepers/Home Health Aides, Program Leaders, and Nurses to provide a safe living environment for all clients. Our clients do not need assistance with personal cares.    WHY SLS? We are about building careers and a thriving community!
