The Weekend Rush

Bring the heat to The Howe as a Part-Time PM Line Cook—weekends required—helping power a high-energy dinner service where every plate matters. You’ll keep tickets moving, flavors on point, and standards rock-solid from prep through close.

What you’ll do
- Prep and cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Work multiple stations (grill, sauté, fry) as needed during peak service
- Maintain clean, organized stations and follow food-safety standards
- Communicate tightly with the kitchen and front-of-house to keep service smooth

What you’ll need
- Comfort with basic line-cook techniques and a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and a ready-to-learn mindset
- Availability for PM shifts with weekend nights required

Your Night Shift

You clock in as the kitchen ramps up—music on, burners warming, the weekend crowd building. You get set with your station, check your mise, and sync up with the crew before the first wave hits. As the pace spikes, you stay calm and locked in, firing orders with sharp timing and quick call-backs. Between pushes, you reset, restock, and keep your space dialed so you’re ready for the next surge. When the last tickets clear, you close down strong, leaving the line clean and ready for the next night’s run.
