Compensation

Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)- $23.00/hour

Work Schedule

Third (3rd) shift from 11:00 pm-7:00 am Monday through Friday. Onsite role based in Plymouth, MN.

What You'll Do

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot thermoforming and production equipment to meet specifications
  • Ensure efficient machine setup including materials, cycle times, and production output
  • Inspect machinery and tooling prior to operation to ensure readiness
  • Monitor product quality and identify nonconforming materials or defects
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping tasks
  • Complete shift documentation and communicate job status during shift handoffs
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and wear proper PPE
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to resolve production issues

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of manufacturing or related experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Basic math skills for measurements and production tasks
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Preferred Skills

  • Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment
  • Knowledge of quality control or Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with production systems

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Bending, stooping, reaching, and working in a manufacturing environment
