About the role
HealthFitness is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join the fitness team at our corporate client site located in Maple Grove, Minnesota (MN).
This is an on-call/substitute position working on an as needed basis when regular staff members are unable to work (no weekends).
Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous customer service experience a plus.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
