Love travel, staying organized, and helping people? We're looking for an Entry-Level Travel Coordinator to assist with reservations, itineraries, and client requests while learning the ins and outs of the travel industry.
This is a fully remote role with training provided, making it a great fit for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.
What You'll Do
- Assist with hotels, flights, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel arrangements.
- Help organize itineraries, confirmations, and reservation details.
- Communicate with clients about preferences, updates, and trip information.
- Assist with booking changes and follow-ups.
- Keep client and reservation records accurate and organized.
- Provide friendly, professional customer support throughout the planning process.

- Comfortable working independently from home.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Customer service, hospitality, administrative, or travel experience is helpful but not required.
