This role is with a company formerly known as G&H Distribution and Supply, which has recently joined the Depatie Fluid Power family. At our company, the warehouse is more than storage and shipping. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive the right products on time, inventory stays accurate, and operations run efficiently from receiving through final shipment.

Requirements

What You Will Do

  • Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
  • Pick, pack, scan, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup
  • Pull parts for kits and properly label materials for production and shipping
  • Read and interpret customer orders, shipping orders, work orders, and requisitions
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
  • Organize inventory in racks, shelves, and bins for easy access and accuracy
  • Support inventory accuracy through proper handling, labeling, and documentation
  • Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts and warehouse equipment
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas
  • Help improve operational efficiency through attention to detail and teamwork

  • Orders are shipped accurately and on time
  • Inventory is organized, labeled correctly, and easy to locate
  • Receiving and shipping processes run smoothly with minimal errors
  • Kits and pulled parts are completed accurately to support operations

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience required
  • Forklift experience required
  • Experience with picking, packing, scanning, and inventory handling
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while supporting the team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
  • Ability to read and communicate in English
  • Reliable work ethic with strong attendance and accountability

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to safely mount and dismount trucks and warehouse equipment
