The Staff Pad has partnered a reputed dentist clinic in Minnetonka, MN to identify an experienced Associate Dentist to join their growing practice.

You'll work alongside an experienced lead dentist in a collaborative environment with modern technology and autonomy to build lasting patient relationships.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Approximately 30–40 hours per week

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and oral infections
  • Perform routine dental examinations, cleanings, and preventive treatments
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs
  • Interpret diagnostic X-rays to assess oral health and identify treatment needs
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other team members to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Coordinate with specialists for complex cases and patient referrals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development
  • Participate in continuing education programs to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills
  • Clearly communicate treatment plans, procedures, and post-operative care instructions to patients
  • Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism, compassion, and empathy
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment
  • Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence, ethics, and patient care

What We Are Looking For

Education, Licensure & Experience

  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited dental school
  • Active Minnesota dental license or ability to obtain licensure
  • 5–10 years of general dentistry experience preferred
