The Corporate Finance Manager will lead FP&A for the Company’s corporate Business Unit, which includes preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial information for the corporate Business Unit as a whole as well as its operational divisions. You will work with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and VP of Finance in planning, analyzing, forecasting, and processing monthly financial results as well as long-term projections.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead corporate financial analysis for the company as a whole including:
    • Lead and coach financial analysts across the business units
    • Develop and implement tracking of the Company’s strategic initiatives
    • Create, track and maintain integrated budgets for the Company and its divisions
    • Be an escalation point of contact to handle issues and questions from corporate leaders and members of Senior Leadership as needed
    • Monitor staffing levels, performance and utilization for the organization
    • Conduct performance reviews and make compensation decisions
    • Coordinate with acting BU financial leads to complete integrated full company forecasting as well as valuation and strategic analyses.
    • Support corporate acquisition efforts from a financial modeling perspective.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process for the corporate BU from creation of a high-level annual operating plan through the completion of the upload of the detailed budget into the Company’s reporting systems.
  • Oversee monthly financial analysis processes, including budget to actual analysis and explanation of findings to the leadership team.
  • Lead financial analysis for corporate BU including expense and profitability trends, creating and monitoring key metrics and holding teams accountable for key initiatives across the organization.
  • With input from business unit leaders, model out potential investments or business opportunities. Present findings and recommendations to business unit leaders and members of Senior Leadership.
  • Build and maintain the three-year financial model which incorporates the Company’s strategic plan, industry trends, and other relevant information.
  • Answer questions and interact directly with the Company’s private equity ownership group.
  • Attend and/or plan required company and departmental meetings.
  • Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Accounting, Finance or Economics degree preferred.
  • Previous financial analysis experience in a large company ($250 million+) required.
  • Technology industry experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of previous financial management experience preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as a MS Office applications and Outlook.
  • Superior internal and external customer service and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated to the challenge of helping other people.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion regarding confidential matters.
  • Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time/task management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work within a defined timeline and to operate with changing priorities.
  • Function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client orientated team.

Pay Range: $99,264 - $158,822 annually + 10% annual incentive plan
