What You’ll Do

As a Journeyman Plumber, you’ll diagnose, repair, maintain, and install plumbing systems for residential and light commercial customers. You’ll represent 1 Tom Plumber in customers’ homes and businesses while providing professional service and effective solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing plumbing problems and recommending effective solutions
Completing plumbing repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance
Servicing residential and light commercial plumbing systems
Explaining findings, options, and completed work clearly to customers
Ensuring work complies with Minnesota plumbing codes and company standards
Maintaining accurate job documentation and service reports
Operating company-provided vehicles, tools, and equipment responsibly
Following all safety procedures and industry best practices
Delivering a professional, respectful, and positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Valid Minnesota Journeyman/Journeyworker or Master Plumber license
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and repair methods
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Dependable, professional, safety-conscious, and team-oriented attitude
Commitment to high-quality workmanship and doing the job right
