Are you passionate about cutting-edge automotive technology and delivering exceptional customer experiences? BMW of Minnetonka is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Product Specialist (BMW Genius) to join our team. As a key brand ambassador, you’ll guide customers through the exciting features and innovations of BMW vehicles, ensuring they feel confident and inspired every step of the way.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted expert on BMW technology, features, and performance

• Support the sales team before, during, and after the sale to enhance the customer journey

• Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and assist with test drives

• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and other departments to ensure a seamless experience

• Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide tech support when needed

• Use digital tools and video presentations to showcase vehicle configurations

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a product specialist or customer support role

• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written

• Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex systems clearly

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic software tools

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Automotive industry experience preferred but not required

Total Rewards

Compensation: The Hourly Wage for this position is: $15 - $18
