This role may or can assist with research, data analysis, and project coordination across functional areas such as finance, human resources, information technology, supply chain, or healthcare administration. Working within a collaborative, team-oriented setting, the Intern partners with staff and leadership to support departmental goals, apply analytical and organizational skills, and contribute to operational effectiveness. This position emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork while providing meaningful exposure to healthcare operations and patient-focused outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day departmental operations and administrative tasks to support ongoing initiatives and workflows. Conduct research, collect data, and perform basic analysis to support projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and achievement of defined objectives. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings, leadership review, and project tracking. Participate in meetings and workgroups to gain exposure to organizational decision-making and healthcare operations. Apply problem-solving skills and contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and overall outcomes.
