You’ll Take Ownership Of:
- Working with internal & external customers to find the correct parts in a timely & efficient manner
- Maintaining stocking levels & researching parts pricing & labor estimates
- Identifying new parts & part categories that need to be added to increase customer satisfaction levels
- Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience with the Parts department and store & following up with customers & Technicians to ensure timely repair
- Assisting in cycle counting of the physical inventory & ordering, receiving, pricing & stocking parts in the service area
- Creating service orders & distributing work orders to Service Technicians
- Maintaining a safe & secure work environment by adhering to & striving to improve safety standards & reporting suspicious activity
- Completing related tasks as assigned

You’ll Need To Have:
- Customer service skills
- Computer skills & the ability to learn new software
- Knowledge of tools & equipment

- Mechanical aptitude
- Previous parts experience

Physical Requirements Of The Job:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit, stand & walk for the majority of your shift
- Ability to occasionally push, pull, squat, bend, & reach
