Role Purpose:

The Senior Data Analyst is a strategic analytics partner who delivers high-impact insights to improve business outcomes, operational efficiency, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. The role leads complex analyses, defines enterprise metrics, mentors data platform users, and collaborates with finance, operations, and executive leaders. The Senior Data Analyst also consults with SRT departments to drive operational and financial performance.

  

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Analytics & Insights:

  • Analyze trends related to quality, cost, sales, and profitability.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards.
  • Define, document and refine operational and financial KPI’s.

Stakeholder & Clinical Partnership:

  • Partner with department leaders, operations, finance and technical management to drive performance through the use of data.
  • Communicate insights clearly to department management and executive audiences.
  • Proactively identify data-driven improvement opportunities.

 

Technical & Data Leadership:

  • Contribute to data modeling and analytics architecture.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams.
  • Recommend future data and reporting improvements and investments.


Mentorship & Enablement:

  • Mentor department and operations leaders on the use of data to drive financial and operation results.
  • Review analytical work for accuracy and relevance.
  • Establish analytics standards and documentation.


Compliance, Privacy & Governance:

  • Ensure data and compliance to support compliance efforts at SRT is available and accurate.
  • Champion data governance and responsible data use.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of data analytics experience
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • An understanding of data warehouse concepts. (Data modeling, facts & dimensions, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data warehousing platforms. (Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Knowledge of data engineering
