Self-Directed Services Access Representative

Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore is seeking an Access Representative for our Self-Directed services departments. The ideal candidate will be someone who has excellent communication skills, is skilled in Excel for data entry purposes, and possess good time management skills.

The key responsibilities for this role include; coordinate the Managed Care authorization process and coordinate payroll procedures. Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience in insurance field
• 1-3 years’ experience in office management
• High-school diploma required; some college preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft programming including Excel
• Understanding of DSAAPD/MCO authorized hours of service
• Knowledge of direct deposit protocols

The annualized salary range for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 based on experience in the field.
