SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Sales Operations Manager is a crucial role in Solina's strategic accounts, assisting in building trust and gaining trusted adviser status. They analyze consumer, category, customer, and market data to create winning business recommendations. The Sales Operations Manager works closely with Solina sales and internal teams, identifying and managing mutually beneficial opportunities. They develop tactics and strategies that lead the industry and produce winning results. The role involves managing pricing requests, system execution, and interacting with customers. The Sales Operations Manager is a key point of contact between internal departments and sales, promoting teamwork and maintaining an amicable communication style.

- Responsible for customizing, reporting, and analyzing category information for assigned customers.
- Data research, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficient in accessing and leveraging databases, including customer-specific data warehouse information and customer portals.
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies for allocated customers across multiple production sites.
- Managed customer pricing in internal and external systems.
- Research and integrate data from several sources to find market opportunities and generate insights.
- Strategic and tactical execution.
- Use both internal and external resources to drive corporate growth.
- Maintaining and improving data, systems, and expertise.
- Sales support focused on certain categories.
- Collaborates with sales teams to produce sales presentations with the Innovation team.
- Conducts customer meetings, delivers presentations, and serves as the category expert.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful job performance will be considered.  Typical qualifications would be:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of related experience (Sales, Business Development, etc.)

- Excellent Excel skills and database knowledge required.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for identifying market trends and leveraging insights for business growth.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
- Prioritize high-value projects for maximum benefit to the firm.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, customized setting.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, preferred.

Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000
