Summary: Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is searching for dynamic Banquet Bartenders to join our vibrant team. As a Banquet Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences within our expansive 90,000 sq ft catering and conference space. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to contribute to the success of events.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction with their beverage selections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure seamless coordination between bar and service.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and move for extended periods.
• Bend, stoop, and reach to perform tasks related to bartending.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands associated with bartending.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in banquet or event settings.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in working hours and days, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
