Fat Tuesday is looking for energetic, outgoing, and fun-loving Bartenders to mix legendary frozen cocktails, create unforgettable guest experiences, and keep the good vibes flowing all shift long. If you love fast-paced environments, music, meeting new people, and serving up smiles with every drink — this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do

Mix and serve Fat Tuesday’s signature frozen cocktails with speed, accuracy, and flair.
Deliver friendly, upbeat customer service that keeps guests coming back.
Recommend drinks, flavors, and add-ons while creating a fun atmosphere.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system operations accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, machines, and service stations.
Restock liquor, mixers, cups, fruit, and supplies throughout the shift.
Follow all alcohol safety and responsible service guidelines.
Work alongside an energetic team to keep operations running smoothly during busy rushes.
Help create a lively, positive environment where guests can relax, celebrate, and enjoy themselves.
Be ready to jump in wherever needed — teamwork is everything!

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong people skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Bartending or customer service experience preferred, but personality matters too!
Comfortable talking with guests and making recommendations.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service.
Weekend, holiday, and evening availability preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often 8+ hours per shift.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, including cases of product and ice buckets.
Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and movement behind the bar.
Ability to work quickly and safely in crowded, fast-paced environments.
Comfortable working in loud, high-energy settings with music and large crowds.
Manual dexterity to operate frozen drink machines, pour beverages, and use POS systems.
Ability to tolerate cold temperatures from ice and frozen beverage equipment.
Must maintain stamina and professionalism during peak business hours.
