Our team is looking for a MRO Quality Inspector to join them. You will report to the MRO Quality Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL.Â
To be considered for the MRO Quality Inspector opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:Â
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalency required.
- 3+ years FAA 145 MRO inspection experience.
- A&P license or ability to qualify for Repairman license.
- Ability to effectively communicate, in English as required by the FAA.
- Qualified to use Measuring equipment (Calipers, Micrometers, etc.).
- Proficient with Microsoft tools, ERP systems, and other assorted software.
- Ability to pass physical and DOT requirements, initially and continually.
- Accessory, Avionics, Instrument and Radio experience required with verifiable training records
- A+P license preferred or ability to meet Repairman Certificate requirements per Repair Station Ratings for  Accessory, Instruments and Radio

As an MRO Quality Inspector, you will:Â
- Perform Receiving, Preliminary, Hidden Damage, In-Process and Final Inspections as per RSMQCM procedures.
- Assure compliance with FAR's. Ensure calibrated equipment is current. Ensure the latest and/or appropriate technical data is used
- Support the organization by serving as a quality liaison
- Ascertain that all inspections are properly performed on all completed work and that the proper inspection records, reports, and forms used by the repair station are correctly executed prior to releasing the product for return to service.
- Determines that no defective, unserviceable, or unairworthy material(s) are installed in any component or articles released by the repair station.
- Supporting and conducting periodic facility audits to ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
- Responsible for assisting in the planning and laying out the details of inspection standards, methods, and procedures used by the repair station in complying with all applicable FAR, manufacturer’s recommendations, and customer requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
