SUMMARY OF POSITION   The Corporate Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes, optimizing efficiency and propelling business performance. Reporting to the Director of Financial Operations, this role requires strategic acumen, influence, and collaboration with senior leadership. JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Lead and prepare the company's strategic and annual financial budgets, forecasts, and reports on key performance indicators. Coordinate special projects for the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and private equity owners. Create, refine, and deliver the company's budgets, covering monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on revenues and expenses like COGS, payroll, travel, leases, and other SG&A costs. Deliver accurate and timely sales and EBITDA forecasts to internal and external management. Publish weekly updates on the latest forecast to both internal and external management. Work with business leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities, and support decision-making using data-driven insights. Lead and oversee strategic financial analysis projects that align with long-term business objectives. Perform complex financial analyses, including evaluating, analyzing, and updating management on the company's operating results and financial position. Recommend strategies to boost revenue and cut costs. Champions ongoing improvement to increase the accuracy, speed, and value of financial reporting and analysis. Prepare monthly reports on revenue and expense variances, along with any other required analyses. Prepare analyses of profitability by division, region, product, and product line. Collaborate with managers from different departments to create plans, reports, and dashboards that help drive the company's success. Ensure proper use of financial systems and tools to provide accurate and timely analysis. Assist with monthly and year-end close processes, external audit process, and ad hoc requests.   Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):   Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, business or equivalent combination of related experience Minimum of 5+ years of Financial Planning experience in a manufacturing setting Knowledge of commonly used planning and projection concepts, practices, and procedures within the Financial Planning management field Financial Planning & Analysis Expertise Skilled in interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and providing forward-looking insights that drive business performance Adept at forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling to support strategic planning Committed to coaching and mentoring financial analysts to build high-performing teams Entrepreneurial spirit.
