Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment? Ziker Cleaners is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and help keep our stores running smoothly.

Pay & Scheduling

• Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Full-Time: 30-35 hours per week
• Part-Time: Up to 29 hours per week
• Must have availability within:
  • Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Shifts vary based on business needs

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Ziker Cleaners by creating a great customer experience every day.

• Greet customers warmly and assist with orders
• Operate the point-of-sale system
• Accept garments and household items for service
• Process pickups and payments
• Handle wash/dry/fold laundry orders
• Promote services, specials, and seasonal offers
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
• Balance cash drawer and complete daily tasks
• Help solve customer questions and concerns

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or customer service
• Sales or upselling experience
