About the role
We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Maintenance Technician to work Monday through Friday.Â
What you'll do
Responsibilities include the following:
- Ensure that each assigned property is maintained according to company standards
- Conduct routine checks and service equipment to prevent failures
- Some heavy lifting of furniture and equipment
- Troubleshoot problems and make repairs
- Provide excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
Qualifications
This position requires the following skills and qualifications:
- Technical school preferred, High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent field
- A general mechanical knowledge of plumbing, electrical and building trades
- Proficient in reading, writing, grammar and mathematical skills
- Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (both required)
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
