Inpatient Occupational Therapist – Full-Time

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals

  • Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and functional independence

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care

  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home programs

  • Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives

  • Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program

  • Certified Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana

  • Current CPR certification

  • Previous clinical experience preferred

  • New graduates welcome

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
