Shop Foreman

Land Rover Mission Viejo, now part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our service department to the next level. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on professional who understands dealership processes, leads by example, and knows how to develop top-performing technicians.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technicians through coaching, training, and accountability
• Ensure shop productivity, quality, and efficiency meet or exceed dealership standards
• Oversee repair quality, diagnostics, and workflow to support customer satisfaction
• Enforce and improve service processes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines
• Act as a technical resource and problem-solver for complex repairs
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Management to drive performance and profitability

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in a dealership service environment
• Strong understanding of dealership service processes and workflow
• Prior technician experience required
• High line / luxury brand experience required
• Land Rover experience a plus
• Ability to motivate, train, and retain top technician talent

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $84,600.00 - $186,400.00.

This is a performance driven position eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions based on Department Net, and bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Department Production (Flat Rate Hours Sold)
